Tatton Park

Tatton Park has always been close to my childhood home and I have been many times. It houses many deer and sheep and is famous for its mansions, gardens and history.

Lone Deer

While I was looking at other deer, some people came up behind me and told me about a deer alone within the trees. As I got closer it still didn't move and managed to take this photo with my 50mm prime lens.
My idea for the composition came from the deer's antlers where it has the same formation as the foreground, with the deer in the middle looking at the camera giving it a striking image to look at.
